Print your return label and cut following the dots.
Pack your products preferably in the package and the original packaging. If you have not kept them, make sure to package the product (s) in the same way as when you bought them to avoid any damage. IMPORTANT: Do you return two products under the same order number at the same time? You must return them together in the same package, with a single return slip.

1. Carefully check your order

2. Allow sufficient time
We make every effort to ship and customize your order, but we can not guarantee a delivery in 24 hours. The production must sometimes be stopped because of a problem with the design, in case of out of stock or for any other technical reason. If your order does not arrive in time for the anniversary, the wedding party or the planned starting pot, this does not give you the right to demand a refund of the order. If time is running out, you can opt for the express option. Production and sending will be faster.
